Timing. Alles entwickelt sich nach eigenem Tempo und Rhythmus. Wenn die Zeit reif ist, ist sie reif. Es gibt nichts zu pushen.
Cycles. Das Leben unterliegt dem natürlichen Zyklus von Sterben und Werden. Nach jeder Kontraktion erfolgt eine Expansion.
Disruption. In der Natur gibt es Zerstörung und Chaos. Hieraus entsteht das Neue.
Inside out. Menschen entfalten sich aus einem inneren Lebensimpuls. genauso wie sich die Pflanze auf natürliche Weise zum Licht bewegt.

FOUNDING IMPULSE

My name is Maren Heidemann, I'm a visionary free spirit from the future, have been facilitated since 10+ years change processes in global corporations. I already surfed the first big wave of my life, worked with leadership development, healing abuse of power, overcoming patriarchy. My job is shedding light into the dark and reminding people about their inner source connection.

I resigned from all my contracts in old economy, redirected my energy into meaningful organizations only. Coming from this I founded the Purpose Company "People for Now" for conscious leadership & transformation, supporting the new We based on nature's principles and values. I'm convinced: The change is rising through the feminine in all human beings and through start-ups, projects, initiatives and companies led by love. I'm here for contributing to the global transformation, changing society, politics and economy by inspiring people, facilitating change processes and empowering feminine leadership.
